Description

Add new light effects to such video editing packages as Adobe After Effects and Adobe Premiere. Enhance real or simulated images by emulating various effects produced by different camera filters. Adjust effects by tweaking the colors, glow length size, and directions parameters.

Starglow is a fast-rendering multi-directional glow effect. It can be used to create multi-colored star shaped glints like those created by a camera filter.
