Description
Download of UI-Traffic 2.5 was on the developer's website when we last checked. We cannot confirm if there is a free download of this software available. UI-Traffic lies within Internet & Network Tools, more precisely Network Tools.
We recommend checking the downloaded files with any free antivirus. The following version: 2.5 is the most frequently downloaded one by the program users. This free tool was originally designed by Andy Pritchard - M0CYP. The default filename for the program's installer is traffic.exe.
From the developer:
Monitors the traffic flow and puts out an APRS object every 10 minutes to indicating how many packets have been heard in the last 10 minutes. UI-Traffic also supports monitoring of APRS network probes which are used to analyse the reliability of the RF APRS network.
You can use the internal UI-Traffic beacon for your PROBE(prefered) or set-up the beacon text in your usual APRS software to the value in the Beacon text to use.
