Our website provides a free download of Universal Scan 9.5. The following versions: 9.5 and 9.4 were the most frequently downloaded ones by the program users. Universal Scan relates to Development Tools. This PC software works fine with 32-bit versions of Windows XP/7/8. This program is a product of Ricreations, Inc. The Universal Scan installer is commonly called UniversalScan.exe.

Universal Scan allows you to test your circuit while the board is running. You can monitor JTAG pins in real time on your display, as well as control them with just one click.
The application's user interface and concept of doing boundary scan with no pre-compiled test vectors is the first of it's kind.
