There was a download of UpdateScanner 5.1.0.55 on the developer's website when we last checked. We cannot confirm if there is a free download of this software available. This free software was originally designed by Manuel Hoefs (Zottel).
The program lies within System Utilities, more precisely System Optimization. The following versions: 5.1, 5.0 and 4.3 are the most frequently downloaded ones by the program users.
