The system itself isn't terrible, but integrated with the POS, it's been a nightmare. We have only been open a few weeks and have yet to solve major issues. Can only ring up 1 patient at a time. Register marks rx sold and prints a receipt even on declined credit card transactions. If you follow the instructions on the pinpad, the computer will freeze. Every time we talk to someone, they say "we are working on it". Meanwhile I've compiled a list of about 15 other things that haven't been addressed. I want the "big problems" fixed before moving on to something else. Frustrating.
