WPChanger
WPChanger 2.04 was available to download from the developer's website when we last checked. We cannot confirm if there is a free download of this software available. The actual developer of the free software is ESTsoft.
The following versions: 2.0 and 1.3 are the most frequently downloaded ones by the program users. WPChanger is included in Desktop Tools. Commonly, this program's installer has the following filenames: uninstall_wpchanger_v171.exe and WPChanger.exe etc. We recommend checking the downloaded files with any free antivirus.

WPChanger contains only the most necessary features, so the user interface is straightforward.
You can set the interval on which WPChanger should refresh your PC's desktop. Hold down CTRL and click the tray icon of WPChanger to cycle to a new wallpaper.
You can also create a screensaver from all your favorite wallpapers. WPChanger also offers you multilanguage support (everything in WPChanger can be translated in your language).
