WinControl
There was a download of WinControl 4.8.0.294 on the developer's website when we last checked. We cannot confirm if there is a free download of this software available. This PC program can be installed on 32-bit versions of Windows XP/7/8/10/11.

WinControl software provides PC-based automation and control for WattStopper LI panels equipped with LI-C cards. WinControl also includes support for legacy CC lighting panels.
HLINK or Panel - If WinControl is to be used with an HLINK then an RS-232, 9 pin serial port is needed. Most USB-Serial adapters can be used as well.
