Description
Downloading WinTcpSpy 1.0.2 from the developer's website was possible when we last checked. We cannot confirm if there is a free download of this software available. WinTcpSpy.exe is the default file name to indicate the WinTcpSpy installer.
This PC software can be installed on 32-bit versions of Windows XP/7/8/10/11. We cannot guarantee that the program is safe to download as it will be downloaded from the developer's website. Before launching the program, check it with any free antivirus software. The actual developer of the free software is Quisque. The most popular version among the program users is 1.0. The software is included in Internet & Network Tools.

WinTcpSpy is a TCP packet sniffer. It identifies processes that sends TCP packets (Winpcap does not do it !).
You can activate/deactivate service providers capture. Each send/receive message is displayed in a table.
This is a complete install/uninstall setup. It has only been tested on Windows XP.
You may want to check out more software, such as Remote Asset Tracker, RAS Monitor or FTPGetter, which might be similar to WinTcpSpy.
