ARCS, by default, uses Kenwood's Auto Information function to communicate with the TS-2000. However, you can choose to not use it. Users may have USB "ham" type interfaces that monopolize the TS-2000's RTS pin. Other software using the RTS at the same time ARCS is running precludes the use of Auto Information. However, AI can be turned off with some performance degrades. ARCS has both AR-Cluster and DXSpider access to Internet DX Servers.
