ACL Editor: Edit ICACLS.EXE files and save with the same signature. It was sitting on the patio reading TechNet magazine in the pristine wilderness that is the land of 1000 lakes in northern Wisconsin. Out of the back of TechNet magazine, into real code - a ClickOnce app to read the output files of ICacls.exe and save after edits with the same signiture. After reading the article, I knew exactly how to handle it.
