I have been using Agilent IO Libraries Suite for a few years now and I have found it to be an invaluable tool. It allows me to easily access and control a variety of different instruments, regardless of the type of connection. The software is also very user friendly and the interface is intuitive. I highly recommend this software for anyone who needs to control and access instruments.
Downloading Agilent IO Libraries Suite 16.3.16603.3 from the developer's website was possible when we last checked. We cannot confirm if there is a free download of this software available. The program's installer is commonly called AgilentConnectionExpert.exe or IOMonitor.exe etc.
The program is included in Development Tools. You can install this free PC program on Windows XP/7/8/10/11 32-bit. This free software was originally designed by Agilent Technologies.
