Downloading BIMCalc 0.9 from the developer's website was possible when we last checked. We cannot confirm if there is a free download of this software available. The most popular versions of the program are 1.0 and 0.9. This program is an intellectual property of StrateGis Groep & RDF. The software relates to Education Tools. According to the results of the Google Safe Browsing check, the developer's site is safe. Despite this, we recommend checking the downloaded files with any free antivirus software.

The software program enables users - in a very user-friendly way (using Google SketchUp) - to link 3D BIM information to their own calculation models (Excel spreadsheets). You can use it for optimizing and analyzing building designs, and simultaneously calculate the financial or other impacts.
