Break Pal Cardio 1.0 was available as a free download on our software library. This program was originally created by Break Pal. The Break Pal Cardio installer is commonly called BPCardio.exe. Break Pal Cardio is included in Home & Hobby Tools. The following versions: 1 and 1.0 were the most frequently downloaded ones by the program users.

Avoid the desk job body. Stay in shape right at your desk. Break Pal teaches a new soft style exercise every 30 minutes to keep you in shape, healthy. Moves that will focus on a certain muscle group and get your heart rate up. Once you learn the move through the simple video instruction, you then will move on to the next screen where you will do the move at a faster pace until you feel you've raised your heart rate and sustained it to your goal.
