If you have more than one store you can Synchronize Vendors Price Book, New Lottery Game, Other Income Categories and Expense Categories from the Maintenance Menu. This way you don't have to enter data in both stores.
Click on maintenance, click backup database, and select your backup path where you would like to backup database.
