CSVStar is an excellent tool which will make you to enable and work with csv files effectively.
For editing any CSV files you have to create the templates first. Because whenever you edit any csv files, you would be knowing what would be the basic structure of the csv and how many fields does the csv file has. So You have to first define the template and then you have to open or create any number of csv files with that template.
