ChessPeer is a free P2P chess platform. You can also use this program to play against the computer. In order to use this mode, select menu: Tools -> Add Engine. ChessPeer is compatible with most of the open-source chess engines ( Adam, Abrok, Aldebaran, Amateur, Amundsen and more ).
