Dicom Validation Tool 3.1.9 was available to download from the developer's website when we last checked. We cannot confirm if there is a free download of this software available. The actual developer of the free program is DVTk. The most popular versions of the program 3.1, 2.4 and 2.3.
The program's installer files are generally known as advtgui.exe, Dvt.exe, dvtgui.exe or _16496df1.exe etc. We cannot guarantee that the program is safe to download as it will be downloaded from the developer's website.
