From the developer:
This program allows the user to defragment hard drives with a user-friendly GUI (Graphical User Interface). DirMS-S performs the initial defragmentation of the drive and Buzzsaw-S keeps the drive defragmented “on-the-fly”.
This program runs as a Windows Service. All user accounts on a computer can be given access to this program. Admin rights are only required during installation.
You may want to check out more software, such as Rapid File Defragmentor, Control3 or Diskeeper Server Enterprise Edition, which might be similar to DirMS-S.
