I recently downloaded the Elecard AVC HD Player and I'm very impressed with it. It's incredibly user friendly and has a great selection of features. It can play multiple formats, including AVCHD, AVI, WAV, MP3, MOV, MPEG-1/2, PIM 2, 3GPP2, MPEG-4 SP-ASP, and various 18 ATSC formats, and it also allows you to capture video frames and save them as BMP, JPEG, or GIF files. It also has some nice customization options, such as enabling subtitles.
There was a download of Elecard AVC HD Player 5.8.121004 on the developer's website when we last checked. We cannot confirm if there is a free download of this software available. The software is categorized as Multimedia Tools. This program was originally developed by Elecard.
