From the developer:
The programme 'exif2xml' V1.0 is a tiny and powerful tool that can read EXIF metadata from JPEG files and can export it to XML files.
It is W3C compliant and is very easy to use.
It can read all the metadata stored in JPEG files, including GPS coordinates.
It is very easy to use, even for non-specialists, because it does not require special knowledge.
You may want to check out more software, such as XDCAM Viewer, Ozone PLE or Preservation Calculator for Photo Storage, which might be similar to exif2xml.
