FCS Filter is an utility for filtering flow cytometry (FCS) data files. The program has been designed to gate out microbead populations and to remove debris and other unnecessary events from the FCS data files that can interfere with the clustering procedure of the FCAP Array software. The filtering process is based on a gate defined by the user.
