This PC program works fine with 32-bit versions of Windows XP/7/8/10/11.
From the developer:
This release contains a mostly-stable version of SimpleSfx (the self-extractor), MSIDiff, and WiXFileTool. These tools can already be used for small projects.
This application allows you to create a self-extracting archive from a ZIP file.
The default behavior of the self-extractor is to launch SETUP.CMD after extracting the ZIP file to a temporary directory.
You may want to check out more software, such as UharcGui, PowerShrink or GeoTIFF Tools, which might be similar to FlexSetup.
