This free PC software is developed for Windows XP/XP Professional/Vista/7/8/10/11 environment, 32-bit version. The software lies within Education Tools, more precisely Computer Skills. The following versions: 5.0 and 2.0 are the most frequently downloaded ones by the program users. This free tool was originally designed by Khmer Software Initiative. The default filenames for the program's installer are R9D1N1S.exe, Unicode Typing.exe, Unicode Conversion.exe, TextSorting.exe or textLineBreaker.exe etc.
From the developer:
KhmerOS is the base for the Open Schools Program, a joint venture with the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sport that has taken the applications translated and localized by KhmerOS to all schools of Cambodia that have computers, as well as to all teacher training centers, making them mandatory.
KhmerOS also gives localization and training services to other projects of the Open Institute, such as the Open Learning Program or the Women's Program.
You may want to check out more software, such as Khmer Unicode Conversion, SBBIC Khmer Spell Checker or Unicode Keyboard, which might be similar to Khmer Unicode.
