There was a download of MOBZRuler 1.0.3 on the developer's website when we last checked. We cannot confirm if there is a free download of this software available.
The program's installer files are commonly found as MOBZRuler.exe, _109242DA5257BFF4671FB8.exe, _D48A200D2E5AA75243481E.exe or _D4BA6E0C563574EBCEC179.exe etc. The most popular version of the tool 1.0. MOBZRuler is included in Development Tools. This free software was originally developed by MOBZystems. We recommend checking the downloaded files with any free antivirus.
