This is a CHM convertor to create HTML files from HTML help file (CHM). It can also work with MHT files. MHT files are the HTML files with resources embedded within itself (images, flash contents, etc). The program tries to keep the format/style of the pages in CHM file in HTML also. Keeping the format is not a difficult problem since the CHM file is simply a collection of HTML files and associated resources like images, stylesheets, etc.
