Downloading Motor-CAD 9.0 from the developer's website was possible when we last checked. We cannot confirm if there is a free download of this software available. Motor-CAD can be installed on Windows XP/7/8/10/11 environment, 32-bit version.
The most popular versions among Motor-CAD users are 9.0, 8.1 and 7.4.
