Nastaliq 2.02 was available to download from the developer's website when we last checked. We cannot confirm if there is a free download of this software available. The following versions: 2.0 and 1.0 are the most frequently downloaded ones by the program users.
Nastaliq is included in System Utilities. This free software was originally designed by SIL International. According to the results of the Google Safe Browsing check, the developer's site is safe. Despite this, we recommend checking the downloaded files with any free antivirus software. The latest version of Nastaliq can be downloaded for PCs running Windows XP/XP Professional/Vista/7/8/10/11, 32-bit.

This package, in conjunction with Apple's QuickDraw GX graphics system and GX-based application software, allows Arabic, Urdu, and similar languages to be written using the elegant Nastaliq style of calligraphy. Nastaliq Navees should work with any application which supports QuickDraw GX typography.
