Our website provides a free download of Old Games Launcher 2.2.0.5. This PC software can be installed on 64-bit versions of Windows XP/8/7. This free tool was originally produced by Webmaster442. The most popular version of the program is 2.2. The program lies within Games, more precisely Utilities.
From the developer:
Old Games Launcher is a combined DosBox frontend and a Direct Draw game/application starter. This program allows you to play old games that use Direct Draw and 256 bit color graphics. On modern CPUs this games will look ugly, the colors will be messed up, or simply won't start. For solving this problem, Old Games Launcher starts your game and closes explorer.exe automatically and starts it when you finished gaming.
You may want to check out more software, such as Epic Games Launcher, Sean O'Connor's Windows Games Lite version August 2011 or 16 Big Fish Games, which might be similar to Old Games Launcher.
