From the developer:
This software offers a solution to users who want to add the old Excel 2003/2002/XP/2000 menus/layout/appearance to Excel 2010. The new user interface for the Excel ribbon can be hard to learn so this software will allow you to use the comfortable classic format from Excel 2003. The new Excel 2010 ribbon will still be accessible so can learn the new interface at your own pace.
