You could have downloaded OptFlux 3.4 from our software library for free. OptFlux works fine with 32-bit versions of Windows 7/8/10/11. The following versions: 3.4, 3.2 and 3.1 were the most frequently downloaded ones by the program users. This download was checked by our built-in antivirus and was rated as virus free. The program is included in Education Tools. The actual developer of the free program is SilicoLife.

The OptFlux application includes a number of tools to support in silico metabolic engineering. The application allows the user to load a genome-scale model of a given organism. This will serve as the basis to simulate the wild type and mutants, original strain with a set of selected gene deletions.
