I recently purchased the PQ DVD to Apple TV Video Suite and I'm very pleased with it. It's easy to use and the quality of the video is excellent. It allows me to import movies, TV shows, and other video content in a variety of formats and then quickly optimize them for playback on my Apple TV. I can also crop and split files, tweak the video quality parameters, and change the size of the video. The suite is definitely worth the money and I highly recommend it.
