From the developer:
PURU has been redesigned to be much more efficient and accurate than the previous version of PURU. With an all-new, easy to use interface, a new mini-mode that will allow you to keep an eye on your bandwidth while using other applications, a quick and easy slider to change your self-imposed bandwidth limit, and much more, PURU is designed to make monitoring your bandwidth simpler than ever before.
You may want to check out more software, such as Ticketmaster Insider Toolbar, Easy4U or BkMark, which might be similar to PURU.
