There was a download of S-Config 2.4.1.21 on the developer's website when we last checked. We cannot confirm if there is a free download of this software available. The program belongs to System Utilities. This free software was originally developed by Simex Sp. z o.o.
The following versions: 2.4, 2.2 and 2.1 are the most frequently downloaded ones by the program users. We recommend checking the downloaded files with any free antivirus. SConfig.exe or SConfig2.exe are the default file names to indicate the S-Config installer.

The S-Config 2 program is used for the simultaneous detection of devices in multiple Modbus RTU networks. Each detected device may return additional information about its parameters, such as its type, what address it is located in the network; these additional parameters are shown in the Device information window.
In addition to detection devices manufactured by Simex, the program allows the user to change the configuration of most of them.
You may want to check out more software, such as Snappy Fax 2000, which might be similar to S-Config.
