SIMQKE-I 2.7 could be downloaded from the developer's website when we last checked. We cannot confirm if there is a free download of this software available. This free software is a product of Prof. Piero Gelfi. We recommend checking the downloaded files with any free antivirus.
The program is included in Education Tools. Profili_v6.exe and SIMQKE_GR.exe are the most common filenames for this program's installer. The following versions: 2.7, 2.4 and 2.3 are the most frequently downloaded ones by the program users. The tool can also be called "SIMQKE_GR". This free PC program is developed for Windows XP/7/8/10/11 environment, 32-bit version.

SIMQKE-1 generates statistically independent accelerograms, performs a baseline correlation on the generated motions to ensure zero final ground velocity, and calculates response spectra.
One of the options in the program generates ground motions whose response spectra "match", or are compatible with, a set of specified smooth response spectra.
You may want to check out more software, such as Wintree, PolicyMaker or FSAcars, which might be similar to SIMQKE-I.
