From the developer:
SPL Attacker is a plugin that enables you to amplify all attack events regardless of their signal level. This allows instruments to be mixed at lower levels, which opens up space in the mix while the relationship between tracks is preserved. You can also emphasize the attack of a kick drum or a loop to increase the power and presence in the mix.
You may want to check out more software, such as SPL DrumXchanger, SPL Mo-Verb Native or ActMask SPL Batch Converter, which might be similar to SPL Attacker.
