There was a download of Seaward PATGuard Elite 2.1 on the developer's website when we last checked. We cannot confirm if there is a free download of this software available. The actual developer of the software is Seaward Electronic Ltd.
The following versions: 2.1, 1.1 and 1.0 are the most frequently downloaded ones by the program users. We recommend checking the downloaded files with any free antivirus. The program's installer file is generally known as PATGuardElite.exe. The program is included in Business Tools.

PATGuard enables the downloading of results directly from a PAT tester with memory, creation of certificates, planning of re-tests and uploading information back into the tester. This software is compatible with all Seaward PAT Testers. PATGuard Elite uses Windows-based management of information so it is easy to learn how to use it.
