Video Spot Tracker is a program used to track the motion of one or more spots in a Microsoft Direct Show compatible video file, from a Microsoft Direct Show compatible camera. The program runs only on Windows, but it uses the portable Open GL library for rendering, the portable Tcl/Tk for user interface control, and the portable Image Magic package for reading images.
