From the developer:
VoxPhone is a program that allows you to place calls over IP networks such as the Internet and corporate intranets, carry on real-time voice conversations, participate in text chat and voice conferences of up to five members, as well as transfer files. This program now only works for direct calls using an IP address for the person you want to contact.
