Downloading WhoCalls 3.0 from the developer's website was possible when we last checked. We cannot confirm if there is a free download of this software available. The default filenames for the program's installer are WhoCalls.exe or WhoCallsService.exe etc.
You can run WhoCalls on Windows XP/Vista/7/8/10/11 32-bit. We cannot guarantee that the program is safe to download as it will be downloaded from the developer's website. WhoCalls will use your modem to detect the CallerID of a calling party. Caller ID (caller identification or CID, and more properly calling number identification CNID, also known as CLID=calling line identity or CLIP=calling line identification presentation) is a telephone service that transmits the caller's number to the called party's telephone equipment during the ringing signal or when the call is being set up but before the call is answered.
