From the developer:
Winkeyer3 Tools is an accessory software application for keyers based upon the Winkey2 IC. It allows you to configure all the settings quickly and easily via an intuitive GUI. You can read current settings, modify them, and write them back. In addition, you can save settings to a disk file to maintain a set of configurations that can be loaded depending on the operating scenario.
You may want to check out more software, such as Open Disk CleanUp Tools, DBF Repair Tool or World Tools Pro, which might be similar to Winkeyer3 Tools.
