Description

I recently purchased Wondershare DVD Creator and I'm very impressed with the software. It's easy to use and has a lot of great features, like the ability to trim and crop videos, apply multiple effects, and add subtitles. The software also supports over 150 different formats, so I can use it to create DVDs and Blu-rays with multimedia or data files. I highly recommend Wondershare DVD Creator for anyone looking for an easy way to make DVDs and Blu-rays.

Downloaded the latest version then purchased the 'perpetual license' since the last time I used it (about 2 years ago) I was quite happy with it. I haven't been able to get it to work for the last 8 hours. It goes through building the dvd menus then crashes and gives me a "the program has run into a problem and must close' message. I've tried deleting/re-loading 4 times, I've tried different videos, different size videos, different dvds, etc. with no help. Speaking of 'no help' that's what i get from Wondershare too. No body answered their 24 hr day phone number, you can't get past the AI assistant and I'm about fed up. All I want now is a refund! That's even harder to get help with.
