I recently used Xilisoft RM Converter to convert some RA, RAM, RM, and RMVB files to AVI, MPEG, WMV, DivX, MP3, WAV, AAC, and other popular formats. It worked very well and was easy to use. I was able to capture screenshots and create photo collages from the videos with ease.
