Zawgyi is not Unicode and it has many problems. Using any of the Zawgyi fonts creates text that is not usable on most platforms. For example, Shan typed with Zawgyi-Tai is unreadable on platforms with standard Unicode fonts. Burmese in Zawgyi is not usable on most computers.Unicode also allows the use of many different fonts and styles.I urge the team to promote one of the many Unicode fonts rather than Zawgyi. More Zawgyi is not a way to help users use the Internet.
