How to use Zoom Meetings

Use Zoom for cloud video conferencing, simple online meetings and messaging. Share your desktop or application window. Start your own or join existing meetings, and schedule future ones.

How to record meetings in Zoom

The Record button in the menu bar allows you to record audio and video of your meetings if the Local Recording setting is enabled. The recording can be stopped, paused, and resumed.

How to join a meeting in Zoom

Choose the Join option from the main dialog box to join an existing meeting. Enter the Meeting ID and your name. Specify if you want to connect audio and video.
