The actual developer of the program is Paolo Mazza. The latest version of iCartoon can be installed on PCs running Windows XP/Vista/7/8, 32-bit. ICartoon lies within Photo & Graphics Tools, more precisely Viewers & Editors. The program's installer file is generally known as iCartoon.exe.

We use cartoons from nursery school since 1997. We think a cartoon realized with a computer is more exciting than in a drawing; children can discuss and correct it. If a drawing is wrong you have to cross and do it again. The cartoon stimulate fantasy and language and can be changed whenever you want.
Every cartoon is made of scenes and actors. A scene is a static picture; it can be realized with iCartoon or imported.
