pIcarver is a tool to visualize theoretical distributions of peptide pI on a given pH range, and proposes a fractionation scheme that generates fractions with similar peptide frequencies. This tool has been developed as a service of the Bioinformatics Core Facility, within a collaboration between the Proteome Informatics Group from the Swiss Institute of Bioinformatics (SIB) and the Biomedical Proteomics Research Group
