stCAD
I've been using stCAD for a few months now and I'm really impressed with its capabilities. It has a great user interface that makes it easy to create and modify CAD projects. The 3D features are very useful for creating detailed models and the motion simulation and finite element analysis features are great for assessing the functionality and strength of structures. Overall, I highly recommend stCAD for anyone looking to create or enhance CAD projects.
Downloading stCAD 4.2.9.23590 from the developer's website was possible when we last checked. We cannot confirm if there is a free download of this software available. The stCAD installer is commonly called CICTKT.exe, RunSTCAD.exe or stCAD.exe etc.
StCAD is included in Photo & Graphics Tools. The actual developer of the free software is AR-CAD. This free PC program operates ".sdf" file. You can execute stCAD on Windows XP/7/8/10/11 32-bit. We recommend checking the downloaded files with any free antivirus. The most popular versions among stCAD users are 8.0, 4.2 and 4.1.

StCAD is a basic 3D CAD framework in Smalltalk (VisualWorks 7.x). It extends the GF/ST 2D drawing framework into 3D. It also include 'StGeo' which is the 3D geometric domain, ‘StMath' which provides the mathematical support for 3D CAD and motion simulation computations, and 'StDoc' which is a simple word processor.
'StMath' is also suitable for engineering, scientific and business computing.
You may want to check out more software, such as Panorama Tools, Smart Map or PolyTrans, which might be related to stCAD.
