Description
The 5.0 version of JavE for Mac is available as a free download on our software library. The most popular version of the application is 5.0. The application is included in System Tools. Our built-in antivirus checked this Mac download and rated it as virus free. This free software for Mac OS X is a product of Markus Gebhard. The latest installer occupies 1.6 MB on disk.

JavE is a free Ascii Editor. Rather than for editing texts, it is intended for drawing simple diagrams by using Ascii characters.
It is like a graphics editor for editing texts instead of images
JavE is written in 100% pure Java and so should run on almost every operating system.
It is a standalone application and not available as applet.
