TabTopus is a useful and lightweight macOS App that lets you export the names and URLs of all web pages in your current Safari session. This implies that all your Safari windows and tabs will be scanned in order to extract this info. You can save the data to either a plain text file or to an HTML bookmarks document, which is a universal standard, ready for importing to another web browser or for sharing.
