Downloading XThunderbird 1.01 for Mac from the developer's website was possible when we last checked. We cannot confirm if there is a free download of this app available. The actual developer of this free Mac application is OffiDocs Group OU.
XThunderbird for Mac lies within Communication Tools, more precisely E-mail. According to the results of the Google Safe Browsing check, the developer's site is safe. Despite this, we recommend checking the downloaded files with any free antivirus software.

XThunderbird e-mail client is an extension that provides a full-featured e-mail client, RSS, and newsgroup client. The tool supports different mail accounts (POP, IMAP, Gmail). It has an e-mail account setup wizard, an address book, a user interface with tabs, an integrated spam filter, advanced search, and indexing and e-mail organization capabilities using tags and virtual folders.
You may want to check out more Mac applications, such as YAI, Encrypt Mail or iFILE, which might be similar to XThunderbird.
